Amanda set up our agency in 2008 because, as a local landlord, she was unhappy with the service she was receiving from lettings agents.
Rather than complain about it, she set up Accord to provide the service standards she felt landlords and tenants deserved.
It was a similar reason which inspired her to add a sales side to the agency in 2013 as she had heard many horror stories from people who had experienced poor service from agents when selling their homes.
Her son Jamie joined the business in 2014 from a background in the building industry, which has come in very useful when advising people looking to buy or sell property with refurbishments or improvements in mind.
